Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Reverse Mortgage Processor will be responsible for managing loan applications, coordinating with clients and lenders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and reviewing reverse mortgage loan applications from start to finish
• Coordinating communication between clients, lenders, and third-party vendors
• Ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in mortgage processing or a related field
• Knowledge of reverse mortgage products and regulations
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
