Review Generation Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of review generation efforts, the full-time remote Review Generation Team Lead & Community Manager will manage a team focused on driving review submissions and building a community of engaged reviewers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for review generation across product lines and customer segments
• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for executing review campaigns and setting performance goals
• Build and nurture a community of engaged reviewers through recognition and incentive programs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, community management, or a related field, including 1-2+ years in a team lead role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a team, with the ability to set goals and evaluate performance
• Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Ortto, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Data-driven with the ability to translate campaign performance into team strategy
