Job Summary
To streamline operations, the contract-to-hire RevOps Automation Engineer will automate data collection, maintain CRM hygiene, and build reports and dashboards while working remotely and supporting various teams with AI-native tools.
Key responsibilities
- Automate attorney and law-firm data collection and cleanup, enhancing Patexia data with Claude skills
- Maintain clean HubSpot data by de-duplicating and refreshing stale records
- Build dashboards and reports for different departments while monitoring analytics and conducting technical SEO audits
Required qualifications
- Experience with AI-native tools and automation, particularly using LLMs
- Proven ability to identify and eliminate manual processes
- Familiarity with data management, CRM systems, and analytics
- Basic scripting skills for automation tasks
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring web traffic and SEO performance
