RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash processes, and analyze revenue data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring CRM data integrity
• Oversee ARR and bookings logic, ensuring consistency in agreements, opportunities, and invoices
• Analyze quarterly sales data, track funnel conversion, and build leadership dashboards with actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and data warehouses
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
• Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents in operational processes
