RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash workflows, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, integrations, and user access while maintaining data integrity and training new hires
• Oversee ARR and bookings logic, ensuring consistency in agreements and invoices, and collaborate with Finance on billing and commission reports
• Lead quarterly sales analytics, track funnel conversions, and automate manual tasks using AI agents to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in data warehouses
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
• Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents for operational improvements
