RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing data platform, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee revenue analytics, and automate processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration and integrations, ensuring data cleanliness and user access management
• Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including ARR and bookings logic, invoice auditing, and quarterly reporting
• Lead revenue analytics efforts by tracking funnel conversion, maintaining data quality, and creating leadership dashboards

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
• In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
• Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in alignment with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents in building and automating processes
