RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations process, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash cycle, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring data cleanliness and maintaining operational documentation
• Oversee the ARR and bookings logic, coordinate with Finance on closed deals and billing, and audit invoices for accuracy
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and provide actionable insights through data analysis

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel management and invoicing
• Experience with AI agents and automation in operational processes
• Fluent in English with the ability to provide clear written updates
