RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations and analytics processes, the contracted to full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash process, and utilize AI for automation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring CRM data integrity
• Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including ARR and bookings logic, invoicing, and quarterly commission reports
• Lead revenue analytics efforts, including building dashboards, tracking funnel conversions, and providing actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
• Experience in managing contracts, invoicing, and collections aligned with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents for operational improvements
