RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue processes and analytics, the contracted to full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash processes, and utilize AI for automation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and managing user access and integrations
• Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including ARR and bookings logic, and audit invoices to track unpaid ones
• Develop revenue analytics, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable insights based on sales data

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel management and forecasting
• Experience with contracts, invoicing, and collections synchronized with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents for building tools or automations that are actively used
