RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash workflows, and analyze revenue data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, integrations, and user access while ensuring data cleanliness and maintaining documentation
• Oversee ARR and bookings logic, audit invoices, and prepare financial reports in collaboration with the Finance team
• Utilize AI agents for automation, track funnel conversion, and provide actionable insights through leadership dashboards

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts
• In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including contracts, invoicing, and collections
• Demonstrated experience using AI agents for operational tasks
• Fluent in English with the ability to provide clear written updates independently
