RevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the revenue measurement processes, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash cycle, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations, ensuring CRM data integrity and training for new hires
• Oversee the ARR and bookings logic, run billing checks with Finance, and audit invoices while preparing commission and quota reports
• Lead the creation of sales analytics reports, track funnel conversions, and automate manual tasks using AI and coding agents

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel, pipeline, and ARR management
• Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents in building useful tools or processes
