Job Summary
Owning client CRM engagements from discovery to post-launch ROI reporting, the full-time remote RevOps Engineer will manage relationships with clients, architect and build CRM foundations primarily in HubSpot, and support internal HubSpot operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and document current-state processes while translating client goals into actionable steps
- Architect and build CRM foundations, including property architecture and automation logic, primarily in HubSpot
- Provide internal support for HubSpot by executing builds and maintaining documentation of the instance
Required qualifications:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, with knowledge of custom objects and workflow automation
- Experience with Claude Code, CLIs, and MCP servers for building and deploying configurations
- Working knowledge of HubSpot Data Hub, including data quality automation and deduplication projects
- Ability to lead client discussions and translate business-critical requests into actionable next steps
- Experience with data migration into HubSpot from various sources, including spreadsheets and other CRMs
