RevOps Manager

Job Summary

Owning the revenue processes and analytics, the contracted-to-full-time RevOps Manager will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash logic, and utilize AI for automation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring data integrity
• Oversee ARR and bookings logic, auditing invoices, and preparing commission reports
• Lead revenue analytics, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights based on data

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce administration
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modeled data warehouses
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
• Experience with contracts, invoicing, and collections synchronized with CRM systems
• Proven track record of utilizing AI agents in operational processes
