RevOps Process Architect
Job Summary
To define and optimize go-to-market processes for automation and AI, the full-time remote RevOps Process Architect will design future-state frameworks, establish data standards, and translate requirements for implementation across various teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Simplify and document future-state processes across the revenue lifecycle, ensuring clear ownership and decision rules
- Define data standards and governance to address data integrity issues and streamline CRM tools
- Identify AI and automation opportunities, designing workflows that incorporate human checkpoints and governance
Required qualifications
- 6-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience designing and implementing cross-functional GTM processes
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, with the ability to write actionable requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI or automation in GTM workflows
- Familiarity with data governance and process modeling techniques
