RevOps Technologist
Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling GTM organization, the full-time RevOps Technologist will drive the AI-first technology roadmap, optimize workflows, and enhance systems integration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the RevOps technology roadmap to improve seller efficiency and effectiveness across internal systems and vendor platforms
- Architect cohesive solutions across the RevTech landscape, collaborating with IT and Engineering to implement validated technologies
- Define governance models and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and AI standards for RevTech initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or related roles within B2B SaaS organizations
- Deep understanding of B2B seller workflows and the GTM technology ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with CRM, sales engagement, forecasting, and automation tools
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional technology initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, marketing, or a technical field is required
