Reward and Benefits Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Reward and Benefits Manager will develop and maintain pay structures and benefits programs, lead annual pay reviews, and present insights to executive leaders in a hybrid work environment based in Sheffield.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pay structures, salary bands, and bonus schemes to attract and retain talent
• Lead the annual pay review process, coordinating with relevant teams and providing clear guidance and documentation
• Manage the full benefits lifecycle, including development, implementation, and communication of health and wellbeing programs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in developing pay structures, salary bands, and bonus schemes with market benchmarking
• Experience managing employee benefits through their full lifecycle, including provider relationships and communications
• Track record of delivering annual pay reviews and coordinating stakeholders across a business
• Strong analytical skills to interpret salary and benefits data and model costs effectively
• Working knowledge of UK legal, tax, and employment requirements affecting pay and benefits
