RFP Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting sales efforts within the Benefits division, the full-time RFP Analyst will manage RFP requests, ensure compliance throughout the RFP process, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver proposals and sales materials efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Review and submit RFP requests, ensuring all necessary information is collected for underwriting
- Monitor RFP due dates and manage the RFP process to maintain compliance
- Provide backup support to other field offices as needed and assist with additional tasks or projects
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of insurance products and the external marketplace
- Experience with RFP processes and compliance management
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
