Job Summary
To support government bid research, the full-time RFP Analyst will remotely find, sort, and track US government RFPs and RFIs for Fairfax Software, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to the Bid Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor procurement portals and databases for relevant RFPs, RFIs, and contract renewals
- Tag and categorize solicitations based on product fit and agency type for effective tracking
- Maintain a comprehensive master list of opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in research or analysis, preferably related to US RFPs or bid tracking
- Ability to efficiently analyze long documents and extract critical information
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data management
- Familiarity with AI tools for search and classification tasks
- Willingness to work part of the day on US Eastern time for collaboration purposes
