Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFP Analyst II in the Segment category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new and renewal business proposals, SBC documents, benefit change grids, COCs, and benefit package log
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate proposal development activities and benefits administration
• Provide explanations and interpretations for complex responsibilities with limited supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3 years of work experience beyond a degree, specifically working within health insurance products
• Experience working within health insurance products, such as benefits administration, account management, customer service, or sales
• Commercial group insurance, health plan products, medical benefits, carrier industry experience
• General understanding of operational and administrative processes supporting sales, financial underwriting, and account management
