RFP Manager
Job Summary
Driving the RFP process from start to finish, the full-time remote RFP Manager will write and coordinate RFP responses for clients and prospects, collaborating with various functional areas to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Write and coordinate RFP responses, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and formatting requirements
- Manage the RFP Knowledgebase, including compiling existing language and creating new content in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Assist sales associates with client-facing communications and oversee the final submission of proposals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience writing technical proposals, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Responsive.io response management software is a plus
