RFP Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the global RFx response process, the full-time RFP Proposal Specialist will manage RFPs, RFIs, and other competitive submissions, ensuring timely, compliant, and persuasive responses while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of RFx submissions, from intake through submission and post-decision debrief
- Utilize an AI-powered response platform to draft, review, and approve proposal content, maintaining a governed answer library
- Coordinate input from cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions within tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, or similar competitive response processes
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting and verifying proposal content
- Strong knowledge of RFx best practices, including compliance matrices and response outlines
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Salesforce and reporting on relevant performance measures
