RFP Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end solicitation process, the full-time remote RFP Specialist will manage opportunity sourcing, proposal development, and submission logistics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and qualify RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bids while monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Lead proposal development by reviewing solicitation documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and drafting compliant content
• Manage submission logistics and follow up with Sales on the status of submitted RFPs and next steps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, or similar proposal processes
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RFP management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO)
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
