RFx Bid Manager
Job Summary
Managing complex public sector proposal responses, the remote RFx Bid Manager will lead cross-functional teams, craft technical content, and oversee bid lifecycles for cloud SaaS/PaaS solutions in a 6-month contract role aligned with West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full bid management lifecycle from documentation review to final submission
- Structure, write, and edit response content tailored to customer procurement requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to gather inputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of bid management/proposal writing experience within government or public sector procurement
- 5+ years of technical writing experience supporting cloud SaaS or PaaS solutions
- Must be located in the West Coast US / Pacific Time Zone
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
