Job Summary
Managing the complete bid lifecycle for public sector RFx responses, the part-time RFx Bid Manager will develop bid strategies, coordinate proposal inputs, and write compliant proposal content while working remotely from the West Coast US, preferably Washington or Oregon.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and unsolicited proposals
- Develop bid strategies, response plans, and conduct post-bid reviews to identify process improvements
- Write, edit, and format compliant technical and functional proposal content for cloud-based solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of proposal development or bid management experience with government solicitations
- 5 years of technical writing experience within the technology consulting industry
- Experience managing bids from initial documentation through final submission
- Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable cloud-based enterprise platforms
