Rheumatology Specialty Representative

Job Summary

To maximize sales performance in the Fairfax, VA area, the full-time Rheumatology Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage territory accounts, and build strong customer relationships while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver on sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet or exceed objectives
• Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to optimize brand performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
• Proven track record of success in sales and solid presentation skills
• Strong understanding of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive knowledge within the industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
