Rhode Island Licensed Child Therapist

Job Summary

To deliver family-centric and evidence-based care, the fully remote Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist will provide individual and group clinical care to children, adolescents, and young adults while collaborating with a care team and utilizing measurement-based treatment planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists
• Facilitate skills practice groups focused on skills development based on the InStride Health curriculum

Required qualifications

• Provisional/Associate licensure in Social Work or Counseling with a Master's degree from an accredited program
• An active license in Rhode Island
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related disorders
• Training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT preferred
