Job Summary

Leading a team of Insurance Retention Agents, the full-time Lead Insurance Retention Agent will oversee daily operations, manage complex retention issues, and ensure high service standards while working in a hybrid environment in Providence, RI.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the team's performance in outbound and inbound retention efforts to retain at-risk customers
• Handle complex retention issues and perform data analysis to identify at-risk insureds, assisting management with daily activities
• Provide coaching, training, and support to the Retention team to achieve targets and improve productivity

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 4-6 years of insurance customer service/sales experience required
• 1+ years in a preceding job level required
• Valid Personal Lines License required
• Service Tier Insurance designation required
