Job Summary

Overseeing the productivity of the team, the full-time Lead Insurance Retention Agent will manage daily activities, handle complex retention issues, and support Insurance Retention Agents while providing exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular duties of Insurance Retention Agents, including outbound retention calls and policy rewrites to improve retention rates
• Supervise and monitor team performance, assist management with daily operations, and ensure adherence to Five Diamond Service standards
• Provide coaching and training to the retention team, share knowledge of insurance products, and assist in achieving team targets and goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 4-6 years of insurance customer service/sales experience required or 1+ years in the preceding job level
• Valid Personal Lines License required
• Service Tier Insurance designation required
