Job Summary
To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Agent will engage in customer retention and sales activities, conducting policy reviews and outbound sales calls while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic insurance retention initiatives by contacting policyholders for reviews and renewal opportunities
- Sell personal lines insurance products to AAA members through outbound calls and online interactions
- Ensure compliance with underwriting procedures and agency policies while maintaining accurate customer records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, with insurance sales experience preferred
- Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within the first 30 days of employment
- Experience in outbound or cold-calling strongly preferred
