Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Inside Sales Personal Lines Insurance Agent will conduct outbound sales calls to promote auto and homeowners insurance products, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products to AAA members via phone and online, providing personalized coverage options
• Conduct outbound sales calls and maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system
• Learn and adhere to underwriting and quoting procedures, ensuring compliance with agency policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, with outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred
• Must obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License within the first 30 days of employment
• Quiet, dedicated home office space and reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Insurance sales experience preferred
