Job Summary
Leading a team of remote insurance sales agents, the full-time salaried Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Sales Manager will drive sales initiatives, provide mentorship and training, and ensure operational excellence while working Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales data, conduct daily team huddles, and provide personalized coaching to meet sales targets
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures through call monitoring and manage team schedules and timesheets
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring and onboarding, clearly articulating goals and conducting performance reviews
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of direct leadership/management experience required or 1+ years in a preceding job level with 6+ years of insurance sales experience
- Valid Personal Lines License upon hire required
- Valid Life License within 1 year required
- Valid insurance designation(s) (AAI, CISR, ACSR, etc.) within 1 year required
