Job Summary
Leading a team of remote insurance sales agents and customer service representatives, the full-time salaried Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Supervisor will drive sales initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and provide professional guidance while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales data and conduct daily huddles to identify opportunities and enhance team performance
- Supervise agency activities, implement department guidelines, and manage team schedules to meet workflow demands
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Training Specialists to develop effective training modules for staff development
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of Insurance Industry Experience required; 2+ years in a preceding job level and 1+ year of leadership experience required
- Valid Property & Casualty License upon hire required
- Service Tier Insurance designation (CISR, ACSR) upon hire required
- Work towards Professional Tier Insurance Designation (AAI, ACS, AIM, AINS, AIS, AIT, API, ARM, AU, FSCP, WMCP, RICP, ChSNC) upon hire required
