Job Summary

Leading a team of retention agents, the full-time salaried Rhode Island Licensed Insurance Supervisor will drive retention initiatives, provide guidance and mentorship, and ensure operational excellence in a hybrid work environment with a schedule of Monday-Friday, including remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the customer retention team, maximizing account retention and sales
• Analyze retention efforts and provide reports to management, identifying potential projects to enhance overall results
• Manage performance through coaching, performance reviews, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3-4 years of additional relevant experience
• 5+ years of insurance industry experience in sales and service environments
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team or 2+ years in a preceding job level
• Valid Personal Lines license and Service Tier Insurance designation required
• Working towards a Professional Tier Insurance designation (e.g., ARM, SM, AIS, API, AIC, AU, LUTCF, AAI, AIAF, CIC)
