Job Summary
To oversee a legal department and manage Federal Court matters, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Managing Attorney will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and negotiate with opposing counsel while working remotely from Providence, RI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage and oversee Federal Court matters from start to finish
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed attorney
- Prior Federal Court litigation experience is required
- Experience handling Social Security Disability claims in Federal Court is strongly preferred
- Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts Bar admission is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to manage matters independently
