Rhode Island Licensed Pediatric EMS Coordinator
Job Summary
To improve emergency medical care for children throughout Rhode Island, the full-time Pediatric EMS Coordinator will manage statewide pediatric EMS initiatives, monitor program performance, and assist with federal grant activities in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with EMS agencies and pediatric experts to enhance pediatric emergency care
- Monitor program activities, performance measures, and implementation milestones
- Assist with federal grant applications, reporting, and compliance requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Public Policy
- Current Rhode Island Licensure as an EMT, AEMT, AEMT-Cardiac, Paramedic, RN, PA, DO, or MD
- Three years of experience in emergency care, pediatric care, public health, or public policy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of program planning principles related to community-based or statewide programs
