Job Summary
Providing courteous assistance through the prior authorization process, the remote Pharmacy Technician I will manage inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and ensure compliance with health privacy standards while working a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members regarding prior authorization
- Document reviews accurately and maintain complete records of all interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams on determination status and clinical inquiries
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED verifiable
- Active pharmacy technician license or national certification (preferred, not required)
