RIS Optimization Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time RIS Optimization Analyst will develop feature requests, conduct system analyses, and collaborate with teams to implement new software features while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests and communicate with RadNet Operations
- Collaborate with colleagues to test and implement new features and software releases
- Conduct training sessions for management and document issues to mobilize effective solutions
Required qualifications
- College education or work experience in a related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
- Preferred experience in Salesforce
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
