Risk Adjustment Manager
Job Summary
Managing business processes related to risk adjustment and quality improvement, the full-time Risk Adjustment Manager will develop action plans, implement operational workflows, and evaluate strategies for assigned products while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to address issues identified by business units
- Identify and partner with departments to implement business requirements for assigned products
- Prepare dashboards for senior management and identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of project management, operations, quality improvement, or data analysis/reporting experience in the healthcare industry
- Clinical or social work experience preferred
- Previous managed care or Medicare experience preferred
- Experience with MLTSS is a plus
