Risk Adjustment Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the coordination of analytics and process functions, the full-time Risk Adjustment Operations Manager will manage operational activities, provide reporting and business insights, and support special projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and organize the status of operational activities across the risk adjustment department
• Participate in or lead internal or external project workgroups and presentations
• Provide regular reporting on operations and analytics functions, delivering actionable insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience, including at least four (4) years in a project support or analysis role
• People management experience is required
• Detailed knowledge of risk adjustment and health plan operations
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and healthcare management programs
