Risk Adjustment Vendor Manager

Job Summary

Managing vendor relationships and performance metrics, the full-time Risk Adjustment Vendor Manager will drive strategy, ensure accurate KPI reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and lead risk adjustment vendor strategy aligned with enterprise goals
• Negotiate contracts and manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including onboarding and offboarding activities
• Design and maintain KPI frameworks and analyze performance trends to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, statistics, healthcare, or a related field
• 6+ years of healthcare or insurance experience with analytics/reporting
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of risk adjustment and vendor performance management
• Experience with SAS, R, or SQL preferred
