Risk Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex risk assessments, the full-time salaried Risk Advisory Senior Consultant will develop engagement workplans, perform testing and analysis of internal controls, and facilitate client meetings while working in a collaborative environment in Albuquerque, NM, or Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Develops engagement workplans, schedules, and resource needs while monitoring progress against milestones and budgets
• Performs and leads complex testing and analysis of processes and internal controls, providing risk-based recommendations
• Leads client status meetings and communicates project scope, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of four to six years of relevant experience in public accounting
• Preferred certifications include CPA, CIA, or CFE
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Adobe
• Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
