Risk Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Enterprise Risk Management team, the full-time Risk Analyst will analyze and evaluate risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend mitigation strategies, and develop comprehensive risk reports while working onsite with some remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for improving practices within the Risk function
- Lead qualitative analysis and support the research, recommendations, and implementation of new products and services
- Track risk indicators and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, or audit
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills and relationship-building abilities
