Key responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments
- Utilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and develop reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and continuously improve risk management processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a related data-driven role in the Fintech sector
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools
- Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
