Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Risk and Trading Associate will manage live betting markets in real time, adjust odds based on various factors, and execute liability-aware decisions, all while focusing on enhancing the sports betting product and fan experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage live betting markets across assigned sports/events and adjust odds proactively
- Execute liability-aware decisions, including price moves and market suspensions
- Monitor and react to sharp or arbitrage activity while contributing to live trading improvements
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as mathematics or business
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a trading environment or related fields
- Strong knowledge of sports betting and a keen interest in betting and odds
- Excellent mathematical skills and a data-obsessed mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
