Risk Control Operations Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of Risk Control professionals, the fully remote Assistant Vice President, Risk Control Operations will oversee service delivery, drive operational excellence, and foster client relationships while managing talent development and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Risk Control team, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service delivery
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, managing key accounts and business development efforts
• Lead talent acquisition, coaching, and development initiatives to cultivate high-performing teams and future leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in safety/risk/loss control consulting or management
• Strong knowledge of federal and state safety codes and standards, including OSHA and EPA requirements
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex client issues
