Job Summary

Leading a team of fraud analysts, the full-time Risk Intelligence Manager will investigate emerging threats, enhance fraud prevention strategies, and collaborate with various departments to improve risk management processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a team of fraud analysts while serving as an escalation resource for complex investigations
• Own and improve standards, playbooks, and tools for incident response and decision transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate investigative findings into actionable insights for business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record in team building
• 5+ years in ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or risk management, including fraud investigations
• Advanced analytical judgment balancing fraud losses and customer experience
• Experience developing operational standards and workflows for team efficiency
• Solid cross-functional experience partnering with data science, customer success, product, or engineering teams
