Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary

Identifying and assessing risks for Federal Client screening programs, the full-time Risk Management Analyst will independently manage risk analyses, maintain risk records, and recommend mitigation strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document program risks, distinguishing potential risks from existing issues
• Maintain the risk register with detailed descriptions, assigned owners, and mitigation actions
• Prepare risk reports and decision briefings, developing options to reduce vulnerabilities and improve resilience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, program management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in program analysis, risk management, or project controls
• Ability to independently maintain risk registers and assess cost/schedule/performance impacts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust Clearance required
