Risk Management Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading risk management services for key client accounts, the full-time Associate Director of Risk Management will monitor risk exposure, conduct quantitative assessments, and produce timely reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk trigger points and facilitate risk cost profiling
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments to inform project contingency levels and produce risk reports
• Lead workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance risk management practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant risk management or program controls experience
• 2+ years managing risk management services and teams in a consulting environment
• Deep knowledge of risk identification techniques and construction contracts
• Familiarity with web-based database tools such as ARM, Predict, and Tableau
