Job Summary
To support a growing fintech organization, the full-time Risk Manager will identify, measure, and manage risk across regulated entities, building the risk management function from the ground up in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the risk management function, including an enterprise risk framework and policies for a multi-entity fintech
- Support monitoring of broker-dealer financial risks, including net capital and liquidity exposures
- Run periodic enterprise risk assessments and maintain the risk register across various entities
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or a related function
- Experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, or RIA environments
- Hands-on, builder mindset with a focus on practical solutions
- Working knowledge of broker-dealer financial responsibility rules
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools
