Risk Manager - Logistics Claims

Job Summary

Supporting the global auto program, the full-time Risk Manager - Logistics Claims will manage moderate to complex bodily injury auto claims, handle pre-litigation disputes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop cost-containment strategies, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims for moderate and complex bodily injury and litigated claims
• Implement strategies with business units to limit high-value claims and control costs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to address ongoing claims-related issues and support risk mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in adjudicating complex, pre-litigated, and litigated bodily injury claims
• 5+ years of experience in transportation claims management, including fleets or large auto claim programs
• Knowledge of the litigation process and claims handling from inception to resolution
• Experience in reserve management and financial acumen for high-exposure claims
